Statement of Expectations

We prioritize creating a safe, welcoming environment where artists feel free to share their work and perspectives without fear of judgment, discrimination, or harassment, and we respect each individual's boundaries within and beyond the professional sphere. Our collective is founded on mutual respect, integrity, and kindness, fostering a community where creativity and personal growth can thrive. We reserve the right to remove participants who do not uphold our expectations and mission.

DEI Statement

The Songbird Festival is committed to reflecting the diversity and multicultural reality of the women's community in regard to race, ethnicity, religion, age, physical ability, gender identity, and sexual orientation. We strive to reflect this diversity in the programming team, participants, performers, presenters and vendors.
